Your challenge:
As a market leader it is our goal to offer products that make photovoltaics a reliable, affordable and sustainable energy solution. You work in a dynamic and motivated international team on developing innovative, industry leading products with a service life of several decades. Your task is to analyze our production processes at the different international production sites and to develop and implement tools and methods for the analysis.
Your responsibilities:Your qualifications:- You accompany the development of new products by analyzing process data of experiments in the production lines and developing appropriate statistical tools.
- You connect production and test data of our cell and module production at the different global production sites and develop the tools to analyze such data.
- You apply various statistical methods to identify deviations and improvement potentials.
- You support engineers in the various development departments by designing analysis tools.
- You successfully completed a degree in science or engineering or a related subject.
- You have work experience in the field of photovoltaics or data analysis.
- You have advanced knowledge in the analysis of large amounts of data (data bases/SQL, Hadoop, SAS) and are proficient in programming/scripting, e.g. with Python.
- Ideally you are familiar with manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- You are proficient in statistical methods and applicable software tools.
- You work in an analytical, structured and target-oriented manner. Being a good team player and good organizational skills are your strengths, too.
- Furthermore you can communicate in German and English fluently, enabling you to work in an international team. Mandarin or Korean language skills are an advantage.
- You are prepared to travel to our global production sites.
