Das Aufgabengebiet


Work in a team to improve the quality of customer service by being the first point of contact for all our stored sales documents.  


In Detail:

Administration of Go-to-Market (GTM) Portal on SharePoint:

  • Quality Check and storage of new sales documents (presentations, battle cards, FAQ´s etc.) in GTM Portal as well as maintenance and updating of documents. Thereby coordination with Go-to-Market managers and local marketing.
  • Checking and tracking whether all required documents for a service before launch have been entered.
  • Allocation of access rights to the GTM portal for the local marketing managers. As well as instruction of the local marketing units in the correct setting of linguistically adapted local documents into the Portal.
  • Administration of SharePoint Portal. As well as Project Management for further development of the SharePoint Portal. Including the communication with consultants and other involved departments like marketing or Product Management. As well as preparation and control of migration including the testing of workflows.

Microsoft OCP Catalog

  • Storage and updating of sales collaterals in Microsoft Portal
  • Thereby coordination with internal and Microsoft contact person

Other supporting activities

  • Such as drafting quotation templates and coordination with internal contact persons
  • Organization of translation of texts with agency
  • Coordination and communication with other departments like I+T or Legal regarding new documents or templates
  • Support the “Content & Publications Manager” in the creation of sales collaterals like Sales presentations, FAQs, Battle Cards etc. in case of need.

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Graphic artists or media designer
  • IT experience: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat
  • Good German and Englisch language knowledge
  • Have a quick grasp
  • Be able to understand complex technical content and translate it into easy-to-understand language and symbolism
