Responsibilities
- Find and analyse root causes of issues relating to our software and hardware products (system shutdowns, scan quality, sensor issues, system and component failures)
- Derive and implement solutions based on telemetric data and hardware/software measurements
- Ideas to improve hardware (sensors, cameras) and software performance and stability

Discuss your findings with internal teams (development and product teams, project management) and document them accordingly
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related subject
- 2+ years of professional experience in handling complex hardware and software projects as QA Manager/Analyst, (Embedded) Software Engineer or IT Project Manager
- Six Sigma, Kaizen or other related certificates are a plus
- Professional experience in using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Office 365
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent English and good German communications skills
- Openness to relocate to Leipzig (location of our Twinner Space systems)
