As part of our inside sales team, you will support us in qualifying leads that will one day become our customers. You will also work closely with our sales team and build customer relationships on your own responsibility. You coordinate customer visits that you have previously acquired (B2B) and send out product information. You love challenges and have a hunting instinct for the next interested customer. With flair and sensitivity you inspire tomorrow's customer for our security products and services.

We are filling this position for students on a part-time basis with up to 20h/week.

Your specific tasks

  • Collaboration with the sales team for optimal lead qualification
  • Researching contacts of potential leads via social media, email or phone
  • Independent relationship building and maintenance of your leads
  • Recording and maintaining customer / order data as well as call documentation in Salesforce (CRM)

  • Very good knowledge of German (written and spoken)
