Your specific tasks

You support the technical and organisational assessment of our customers' cyber security issues. You create network analyses and support the monitoring and operation of our products. Thanks to your customer-oriented communication and working methods, you ensure efficient processing of enquiries and work closely with our internal teams.

  • You analyse and evaluate security vulnerabilities in our customers' networks.
  • You prepare network analyses with a focus on cyber security.
  • You process enquiries on cyber security topics.
  • You provide remote support in monitoring and operating our systems on the customer side.
  • You document your activities and solutions in the internal ticket system.
  • You provide feedback to our internal product management and software development teams.

What you bring to the job

  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship or a technical degree or have a comparable qualification.
  • You bring your knowledge of cybersecurity and network technology to the table with confidence.
  • Initial work experience in technical customer support is a plus.
  • You like to work independently and enjoy professional and personal exchange in a team. As a service provider, you support our customers professionally and with persuasiveness. You also analyse complex problems quickly and keep a clear head.
  • You have a very good knowledge of German and English.
