Your Tasks

With your technical know-how you will accompany the commissioning of our monitoring solution in the customer network and support as contact person for technical questions. You ensure a smooth service for the users. You will work closely with our technical sales and development teams.

  • Planning and installation of our network monitoring solution for our customers
  • Technical support in the analysis and elimination of system malfunctions - primarily by telephone and/or electronically
  • Documentation of support requests and coordination with our development team
  • Technical support of our sales department in projects with our sales partners
  • Support in the preparation of product demos

What you bring to the job

  • Completed IT vocational training or technical studies or comparable qualification
  • Experience in network administration, ideally in an OT environment
  • Solid knowledge of firewalls / switches and routers is a prerequisite
  • Enthusiasm for industrial automation and cybersecurity
  • Interest in further development into customer consulting
  • Pleasant appearance, empathy and friendly communication style
  • Analytical thinking, independent and structured way of working
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
