IT Consultant (gn) Inhouse | ERP & CRM

pensum: full time | location: Switzerland (plus remote option)

 

 


Das Aufgabengebiet

Being a Business Consultant (gn) in BIT @ SoftwareONE:

  • Understands the client's requirements and priorities as a member of an end-to-end (E2E) delivery team
  • Answers and clarifies business processes related questions
  • Analyzes, designs and implements client needs on a day-to-day basis 
  • Support key end users with global management in rollout, documentation, training and support for new projects, epics, functionalities
  • Partly participation in iteration ceremonies (eg. demand toll gates, agile PI-planning) as a team member and or consultant

 

Your stakeholders will be: 

  • Business Consultants from other teams (Cross Domain)
  • Product Owner
  • BIT Rollout Transition and Support Team

 

 


Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

your experience

  • 3+ years of ERP Know How 
  • 3+ years of CRM Know How
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, planning, and implementing processes within medium to large organizations (>2,000 users)
  • Sound Experience working in an agile team or as a member with SAFE, KANBAN and/or SCRUM
  • Good Experience in tech-roles related to Sales & Marketing departments

  • Excellent interpersonal and (verbal as well as written) communication skills in English required
