Your specific tasks

• Conception, extension and maintenance of a complex, automated software test system at different test levels
• Assessment and control of test coverage and balancing of test effort at different levels (e.g. unit tests vs component tests)
• Conception, provision and monitoring of test and quality metrics
• Mentoring of fellow developers with regard to test quality and process improvements

What you bring to the job

• Proven experience in automated testing of complex software systems
• Experience in automated browser app testing (e.g. Selenium, Playwright or comparable)
• Experience with continuous integration and version control systems
• Knowledge of test report generation methodologies and suitable report formats
• Familiarity with CLI tooling
• Familiarity with different test methodologies such as BDD
• Desire for teamwork and initial experience mentoring colleagues
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of TCP/IP and application protocols
• Nice-to-have: experience with Rust, Go and Angular test tooling
