Installation und Administration von Servern (physisch und virtuell) und PC-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Anwendungssoftware,
Betreuung und Wartung interner IT-Infrastruktur
Betreuung von Kundensystemen in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerke, Client-PCs
First und Second Level Support, Trouble Shooting
Mitarbeit an Projekten, perspektivisch auch Projektleitung
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Technikerteams
perspektivisch Übernahme der technischen Leitung

Um bei uns richtig durchzustarten, sollten Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Telekommunikation
Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Landschaften
fundiertes Wissen in Sachen Systemadministration, insbesondere im Bereich Clients und Server, Applikationsmanagement, Benutzerverwaltung sowie Virtualisierungslösungen (vorrangig Microsoft)
Zertifizierungen der Hersteller HPE, Cisco, Sophos, ESET, Veeam sind von Vorteil
Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität und sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse
