We are looking for you as Service Desk Agent (People*) to support the team at our corporate headquarters in Dresden as soon as possible. Together with your future colleagues - Benjamin, Christoph, Sergio and the others you will be responsible for the application support and assistance of internal and external customers in 1st level IT support. During your work we will continuously develop you towards second level support for network or security & DDI services.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

  • Acceptance of telephone inquiries and e-mail inquiries via our ticket system
  • Solving technical problems in first level support or identification for second level support
  • Staging of switches for use by our customers

SHOW US YOURS

  • Must have:
    • Prior IT knowledge, interest in error analysis and willingness to actively participate in the training process
    • Very good knowledge of German (C1) 
      • Applicants with German language skills at A and B level can unfortunately not be considered
    • Good English skills (technical English, B2)
  • Nice to have:
    • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration / technical assistant / specialist consultant for integrated systems / information technology assistant, IT retraining or several years of relevant professional experience in first level support.

  • Initial experience in telephone customer support and with ticket systems
  • Knowledge in dealing with networks (routing/switching)
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends, because we offer 24x7 support to our customers
    • You are always in close contact with your colleagues and can partly work from home office - so your work-life-balance is taken care of.
  • Professional expression and friendly handling of customer concerns
  • Good knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and Outlook
