Your Role and Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

• Unterstützung des Professional PMO in allen Tätigkeitsbereichen wie:
  • Einführung und Einsatz gängiger Methoden und Instrumente des Projektmanagements
  • Erstellung und Pflege der zentralen Projektablage und -dokumentation
  • Aufbau eines Lieferantennetzwerks
  • Steuerung des Subco-Prozesses
  • Koordination der Ressourcenpools Subco
  • Erstellen von Open Seats und Stellenbesetzungsplänen
  • Überwachung der Stellenbesetzung in den Projekten
  • Financial Management
• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Projektmanagement und PMO

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• aktuelles Studium z.B. in BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft Office-Tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Kenntnisse über IT-relevante Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Kommunikation mit Projekten im direkten Kundenumfeld
