Auszubildenden im Bereich Fachinformatik (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil

• gutes Abitur oder sehr guter Realschulabschluss
• ausgeprägtes mathematisch/technisches Verständnis
• Begeisterung für Hard- und Software sowie Netzwerktechnologien
• erste Erfahrungen bei der Installation und Konfiguration von PCs
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
• selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten
• strukturierte, ziel- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hard- und Softwareumfeld (z. B. Client, Outlook, Hardware und Netzwerk)
• selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von einfachen bis hin zu komplexen Problemstellungen
• Entgegennahme von IT-Störungsmeldungen und Anwenderfragen aus der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe per Telefon und E-Mail (1st und 2nd Level Support)
• Dokumentation der Vorfälle im Ticketsystem
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der klinischen Anwendungen
• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten zur Optimierung unseres Krankenhausinformationssystems (KIS)
