We are looking for a Partner Alliance Specialist (Partner Manager) to join our international Partner Alliance team. This is a global role, where you will work closely with multiple strategic partners and internal teams across BE-terna’s regions and beyond.
As a Partner Alliance Specialist, you will play a key role in building, managing, and strengthening strategic partnerships, ensuring that BE-terna thrives within our partner ecosystem. Your core responsibility will be to foster strong, productive relationships that drive collaboration and business growth.

- Serve as the primary contact for our wide segment of partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring fast, clear communication across all touchpoints.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives with partners, including joint marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities, in close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Act as the link between sales, delivery, and partner teams, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed, managing regular business rhythms, and executing partner business plans.
- Help develop and optimize processes that support partner management and can scale across various markets and regions.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners for international projects in markets where BE-terna is not present.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance and to support partner contract reviews, negotiations, and execution.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align partner initiatives with overall company strategy and objectives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks and projects, providing regular updates and ensuring successful delivery with minimal supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in managing partner programs and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Knowledge of channel incentive programs, partner lifecycle management, and CRM systems.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
- A track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Strong discipline and reliability in managing your own time and maintaining visibility on progress.
- Fluent in both English and German is a requirement.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
