The Chair Application Systems in Business and Administration is part of the Information Systems Institute (IWI) at Leipzig University. Our work aims at the design of digital ecosystems in contact with customers and suppliers using operative and analytical application systems. Current projects focus on Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM), process analysis and assessment in (realtime) Supply Chain Management as well as new technologies in the banking sector (Banking Innovations/FinTech).
